CENTRAL POWER STRENGTH. THE MEN NOW AVAILABLE. Received 10.20 NEW YORK Sept 11. Advices from Parts state that Germany had fourteen million men at the beginning of the war whereof 10,600,000 have since served. There^are now 5£ millions at the various fronts, while millions represent casualties, prisoners and the missing. AN ENORMOUS SENSATION. PROFOUND EFFECT ON ELECTIONS. LONDON, September 10.
