Received 9.35. LONDON, July 29. The Bishop of London, in a memorial service to journalists killed in the war, said victory must be the Decision. The last thing we want to see is the sons of fallen heroes called to another war in a few years' time; but victory would be valueless without brotherhood at home. Civil war in Ireland or an industrial upheaval would be a mockery of our heroes' sacrifice.
