Owing to the Government Statistician being deluA with applications for certificates o™enrolment and notices by Second Division reservisTs of f change in their conditions, it has been decided not to hold the tenth' ballot this week, as originally intended, but "to postpone it lor four weeks, when a double ballot will be taken to fill vacancies in the Thirty-fourth and Thirty-fifth Reinforcements. The alteration will make no difference in the mobilisation and regular despatch of reinforcements from the Dominion.
