OPINION IN GERMANY. V GENEVA, July 2. Professor Eulenburg has written an article published in the Munich Post, stating: Politically the hostility of the United States is not without significance of our world position. We lose at the same time the sympathies of many circles. Professor Eulenburg i quotes conclusive figures to show how Germany will suffer after the war if America follows Britain’s example, and interferes with Germany’s trade with neutrals. He adds; “We arc looked up as a nation ruled by absolute government, from whom free nations run away.” The Munich Post, commenting on the article, remarks: “There arc still many loading German politicians who do not grasp the grave significance of the German-American conflict. ’ ’
