CLEARING SALE REPORT,
Dalgety and Co., Palmerston North, report having held a highly successful clearing sale on account of Mr. W. Searle, Pukeckahu, on Thursday, the 17 th hist. The stock were in good condition and prices realised throughout the day were highly satisfactory to the vendor. QUOTATIONS. Four to 6 tooth ewes 35/10, 4-year ewes 33/, mixed lambs 17/7, cull lambs 9/6, 4 tooth Lincoln rams, 3 guineas. Light unbroken horses, £4 10/, £5, £5 o/, £5 10/, to £6; halfdraught aged horses, £9 10/ to £22 5/; Polled Angus heifers, r.w. bull.
£lO 15/; She reborn heifers, r.w. bull, £lO 13/ to £ll 12/: Hereford heifers r.w. bull. £ls 15/; dairy cows, £7 5/, £l2 17/6 to £ls 13/; 4 year Polled' Angus Bull, 22 ggpeas. A six-cylin-der Buick car refused £4OO, and a large Quantity of implements and fur-
niture sold at highest market rates.
