IN accordance with a resolution of the Taihape Borough Council, all persons within the B'orough of Taihape are hereby called upto comply, within fourteen (14) days, with the Borough By-Law relating to the Storage of explosives and dangerous goods: Note. —Paragraph 216 of the By-Law provides:— “Any person desirous of keeping any explosive or dangerous materials hereinbefore mentioned in or upon his premises in the Borough, shall deliver at the office of and addressed to the Town Clerk, a written application for a license to keep such materials; and such application shall specify the situation of the premises wherein such materials are intended to be kept, and the respective quantities of such materials which the applicant proposes to keep therein.” ffm.
