WIRELESS STATION AT TSAR-SKOE-SELO.

PROTOPOPOFF COMMUNICATING WITH BERLIN. COPENHAGEN, March 27. As the result of the seizure of correspondence between the Czarina and M. Protopopoff. ex-Foreign Minister, a secret wireless station was discovered at the Tsarskoe-Selo. It communicated with Berlin and was installed by M. Protopopoff without the Czar's knowlege.
