LONDON, Dec. 21. The Daily Express has ascertained the reason why Captain Blaikie, of the torpedoed Anchor liner Caledonia, was not murdered, as Captain Fryatt was murdered, by the Germans. It was announced in Parliament on Tuesday that Germany had decided that Captain Blaikie was within his rights in atempting to ram the attacking submarine, because the Caledonia was an armed cruiser.
