Sir, —Before passing such an important resolution as closing down the Sunday night pictures, the Borough Council must have had a very good reason for doing so. I, in common with numerous others, would like the Town Clerk to supply tor the information .of those on the municipal roll the following-information: (1) The reason for cancelling the permit for Sunday pictures; (2) the division list on the motion; (3) was notice of motion required for same; (4) if so, knowingsame was coming before the Council why were only four members of the Council present? (5) was it legal for four members out of a full Council to pass such a resolution? 1 am. etc., RATEPAYER.
