An official message from East Africa declared: “Considerable progress lias been made by all columns encircling tlic enemy at the lower Rufiji and in the Delta. Wo entered the Delta at and Mohoro and drove out the enemy southward of Kidameawe. Col. Northey’s columns dislodged the enemy yetward of Lupcmbe, and we are pursuing Mm towards Mahengc. n
