TRAINING YOUTHS.
LONDON, Jan 22,
The War Cabinet has instructed Board Derby to call up lads attaining the age of 18, and to train them and employ them for Home defence till they reached the age of 19, excepting those apprenticed or skilled in the engineering trade, and fully engaged in war work, at the shipyards, or in munition factories.
