LONDON, Jan 17. The Pall Mall. Gazette says: Probxbly the Imperial Conference will arrange for continued representations of the Dominions during.the war. The Cabinet is favourable. It is suggested that each Dominion appoint a representative available for consultation and attendance at the Cabinet, thus securing continuity of policy. The appointment of a Dominions Secretariat is urged.
