LONDON, Jan 15. A wireless Russian official reports the Roumanians attacked heights in the region of the Kasino river, and ay violent bayonet fighting threw back the enemy one verst southwards. The Hu.sso-Roumanians repulsed an offensive in the same region, and pressed the enemy back two verst: southwards. We withdrew slightly to the northwards. in the Vadeni region we repulsed, with great losses, several attacks north-east of Focsani.

TRANSFERENCE OF TROOPS. Received 10.15. PARIS, Jan 15. Marcel Hutin points out that the Austro-Hungarian communique for the first time for six months refer to fighting south of Ochrida, and suggests there has been a transference under Falkcnhayn from the Roumanian front.

A GERMAN REPORT. Received 11.30. LONDON, Jan 15. A wireless German ouicia! message states: We repulsed strong RnssoRoumanian attacks northward of Susita valley.
