BRITISH LIQUOR PROBLEM.

LONDON, Jan. 1. The Central News asserts positively that the Government does not contemplate liquor, trade nationalism during the war, owing to the Trade's complicated organisation, the cost, and the probable hostility of the House of Commons to tho proposal as being controversial.
