THE ALLIED BLOCKADE. CONTROLLING MOVEMENTS OF GREEK TROOPS. Received 9..'30 AMSTERDAM, Deer 21. In consequence of the Allied blockade the Greek troops are receiving only bread rations. The Allies continue to control the movements of the troops, and turned back to Peloponnissus some divisions proceeding northwards. THE GREEK SITUATION. GREEK PROTEST TO THE ALLIES LONDON, Dec. 20 The Greek Government, in a Note to the Allies, protested against the landing of Yenizelists, under the protection of the Allies, on various islands, for which the Government demands the restoration. FRENCH HIGH COMMAND. NEW FRENCH CHIEF OF STAFF. Received 9.30 PARIS Dec. 21. General Castelnau has been appointed Chief of Staff of the armies of the north. FRENCH POLITICS. CABINET CRISIS ENDED. Received 9.30. PARIS, Dec 21. The Ministerial crisis has endec, the Cabinet having withdrawn its resignation.
