ONE GRATIFYING FEATURE. SHIPPING FACILITIES ENSURED When asked for an expression of opinion as to the outcome of the action of the Imperial authorities in requisitioning the New Zealand supply of cheese, Mr H. E. Paccy, manager of the New Zealand Dairy Association, stated that they had not yet been officially advised as to what the position really was. in the meantime they were maxing inquiries, but had not yet sufficient facts before them to make an auihoritivc statement. Onp gratifying feature of the new arrangement was that it would ensure the provision of reasonable skipping facilities. This r.as especially important in view of the present position. LICENCES FOR EXPORT. WELLINGTON, Nov 27. A Gazette Extraordinary publishes an Order-in-Council stating that no license for the export of cheese will bo granted unless application in writing is made to the licensing authority before December IS.
