The rates on parcels for New Zealand soldiers and nurses on active service in England, Egypt, Flanders, France, and Mesopotamia are as follows: Not exceeding 31b, Is; not exceeding 71b, 2s; not exceeding 111 b, 3s. These rates also apply to parcels 'addressed to New Zealand sailors on board the Philomel or any other warships maimed by New Zealand crews.
