THE PARIS CONFERENCE.
Received 9.5. NEW YORK, Oct 26. American officials have completed their report on the Paris Conference Agreement, which at first was regarded as impracticable, but it is now considered the Allies will dominate the world’s raw material to the detriment of the United States. The plans are therefore regarded with alarm, and further investigation has been ordered. When wheat reached 186 the Allies were buyers, and they began to sell, when prices fell to 180.
