DELUGE IN ROUMANA.
From Buda Pest come reports oi great damage caused by floods in Eon-i mania. In the northern part of tlie Moldau there liave been very heavy thunderstorms, with hail and torrential rains, bringing great loss of life and property. At Jassy 50 persons are reported to be missing. In the district of Botoschany some of the villages were flooded to a depth of 20ft. At Bata nine women and childrn were swpt away in the ood. The railway traffic has been entirely suspended, and the total damage to property is enormous.
