TAIHAPE MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
The monthly sitting of the Taihape Magistrate's Court, held yesterday, was presided over by Mr J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M. CIVIL CASES.

Smallman, £33 9s 9d, costs £1 16s; F. J. O'Keefft v F. Egan, £5 ss, costs £1 3s 6d; Taihape Borough Council v E. J. W. Conchre, £3 2s 2d, costs ss; G.* Wrightson v J. ..Marshall and Son, 6s 6d, costs ss; T. E. Wilson v J. Miles, £lO ISs, costs £1 Ob 6d; L. Daws v Puhi Waiwaha, £37 ls, ( costs £2 19s.
H. Bland was ordered to pay W. Milne and Co. the sum of £3 Ss 3d by 14th September, in default 3 days' imprisonment. ' Punch Pine was ordered"to pay Jopp and McNamara £4 9s 8d by the 14th of September, in default 4 days' imprisonment.
