THE GREEK CRISIS. NEUTRALITY TO BE ABANDONED KING AND YENIZELOS AGREED. LONDON, Sept. 3. The 11 Daily Chronicle’s” Athens correspondent says King Constantine has expressed his belief in the expediency of Greece abandoning neutrality. Saturday is the eventful day. The political situation is moving towards a satisfactory solution. Both sides have tacitly agreed to give support to Zaimis’ Cabinet. It will thus cease to be merely an interregnum Cabinet and become a political Cabinet enjoying the full confidence of the Crown and the complete support of the Venizelist party. Yenizelos, equally with King Constantine, approved of the abandonment of neutrality, Venizelos, desiring the welfare of the country before place and power,, is prepared to sink herself to. achieve the realisation of the policy for which he has been long striving. We may look before long to see the last Balkan State fighting on the side of the Allies. KING AUDIENCES BRITISH MINISTERS.
