INSURANCE DOWJN TO TEN GUINEAS.
LONDON, August 29
The Shaw-Savill steamer Matatua, which went ashore on th e coast of Newfoundland, while on the way to London, has been refloated. Th e insurance has fallen to ten guineas per cent.
