The "Times" Berlin correspondent says Munich has provided a high society scandal. Princess Louise, formerly of Belgium, has been living in a most expensive style. Her companion is Von Mattachich, an Austrian officer, who has been arrested for fraudently obtaining; money. It is known that the Princess has been impecunious. Niniot, of Carterton,, is offici ally reported to be a prisoner of war along with five other New Zealanders at DuhnyWestphalen, Germany. In view of circumstances the Minister of Defence has cabled Home ordering a thorough investigation and report.
