The Lubin Company will present one of theiii popular dramas, entitled: "It "Was To Be," the story of the Third Degree, and describing the strange pranks Fate played on two men and a woman. The story will stir the heart to the depths. There is also another star on this programme, supported by other pictures, and the programme should not be missed.
