The "Berliner Tageblatt” says the Kaiser has pensioned off seven generals holding important war commands. All tendered their resignations. Von Bredow, Von Weiusthowski, Glokke, Cramer and Von Bauer definitely leave the army. Von Kleist and Khamer have been given home garrisons. The reason for the dismissals is not assigned.
