' DUNEDIN, July 14. The case in which two boys named Aldereon, mcmberg/of the Chrietadelphian body, applied for exe/ftption from military training ami sscrvice on the "ground that the same was contrary to their rtv. ilgious beliefs, was settled at the Police Court this morning, both youths signing a declaration that they wnnld serve "their King>and country as members of the New Zealand Army Ambulance Corps, provided their work was of a no-combatant nature.
