BIG COLLECTION DAY.
Received 8-40 p.m., June 30. SYDNEY, June 30
In aid of the war chest fund, the city and suburbs were delivered over to an army of collectors selling buttons (the prices ranging from one shilling to £1), goods, flowers and vegetables. All did a roaring business in spite of rain. The same thing vas done in country centres.
