A GRAVE SITUATION. Received 10-55 p.m., June 28. BERNE, June 28. A grave situation has arisen through Germany demanding merchandise, chiefly cotton goods, which tie Swiss Government detained. Germany threatens that she will not send coal, of which .12,000 tons are delivered daily.
