Group No !t, Christahureh City, shortage 43. Group No 30, Tinuiru, surplus 47. Group No 11. Kair.poi, surplus S. Group No 11a., Greymouth, shortage 23. Group Xo 32. Nelson, surplus 13. Total shortage for Qtago Military District- 52. The total Dominion shortage for the 18th Reinforcements is 102. Ihere was existing at the same date a shortage on previous drafts, and c\v-. ing to wastage in camp, of BS, or a total shortage of 190 under all heads, and over a fortnight in which to make up this leeway.
