Abraham and Williams Ltd. held their Marton Sale on Tuesday whea mor e than advertised numbers of sheep came forward, and met with a good sale. A small yarding of cattle sold at late rates. a jWe quote:-—Good wether lambs f 1,9/3. Very fair lambs 16/3, 16/8; : fair do. 14/5, 15/2, 15/4. Empty ewes 15/2, 17/-; Cull do. 11/9; forward do. 18/6, 21/-; fat do. 25/, 25/2; lighter do. 22/6, 23/10. Cows in calf £5, £5 7/6. 18 mos. Jersey steers £3; weaner do. £2 11/. Empty heifers £3; old cow s £3 17/; bulls £5 5/-.
