ALLIES' PARLIAMENTARY CONFERENCE.
LONDON, April 0. A French Avireless says that M. Poincaire will preside at the Allies’ Parliamentary Conference, Avhich is to commence on April 27th.
The Observer says the Conference at Paris Avill be preliminary and exploratory. It is not intended to invite decisions involving a new departure from the fiscal policy or new immediate trade- agreements. The Conference will be insufficiently formal to warrant full general recognition of all the component parts of the Empire. Mr. Hughes will attend in a personal, rather than an official capacity.
