RAILWAY SHUNTERS’ DEATH

CHRISTCHURCH, April 7

A railway shunter named Jas. Wells, aged 33, married, while shunting this afternoon, was run over by trucks, W'hich passed over both his legs. He was taken to the hospital, where he died to-night.
