OVERSEAS LABOUR MAY BE INTRODUCED. LONDON, March 16. Replying to Sir A. B. Markham, Mr. Prettyman said the Government was considering the possibility of the introduction of labour into Britain from the overseas Dominions and Collonies for the purpose of relieving tie shortage of men in munition making and essential trades.
