LONDON, March. 17. The "Standard" has ceased publication. s ft DISCUSSION IN PARLIAMENT MORE ENERGY URGED. LONDON, March 17. The "Times" correspondent at •Rome says that during ta. debate on the Governments Economic policy, several speakers criticised the Government. The Radical leader stated the policy of the Government and the country was expressible in a phrase: "One single war against a common enemy." His party desired not an extensive war but an intensive war. It was essential to infuse greater energy into the organisation of labour and the supply of munitions. The "Messagero" blames the Government for ambiguity. The feeling is growing that the reticence is caused by uneasiness at Home 'and misgiving abroad.
