WHAT WE HAVE WE’LL HOLD.

BELGIUM'S DETERMINATION.

LONDON, February 13

M. Renkin, the Belgian Colonial 1 TVlinister, was entertained at luncheon in London, Mr. Bonar Law presiding. M. Renkin declared that Belgium had not listened to timorous voices, echoing German promptings, urging surrender of the Congo because Belgium was unable to develop it. Belgium would never abandon the least portion of her rights, and never surrender an inch of territory. She intends to be faithful to her sacrificed heroes.
