WELLINGTON, Feb. 10. ' | - The effect of the war upon (1) the number of marriages in th e Dominion and (2) the number of illegetimate births is shown by figures prepared by the Registrar-General's Department at tie direction of the Minister for Internal Affairs. The figures are:—
