CHINA’S NEW KING.
YUAN SHIH KAI TO BH CROWNED. (Reed. 9.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, December 12. The Associated Press says that King Yuan Shih Kai has accepted the throne in response to the Government’s petition. Yuan first declined but finally accepted. A convenient time is being fixed for the coronation.
