AMUSEMENTS.

KING’S THEATRE. The new programme shown last night was witnessed by a good house. The two star pictures were very interesting subjects. “Silence” shows the -sins passed on from father to son, and “The Tattooed Hand” is a splendid ■detective drama. Other good pictures are in this programme, . which will be ■ shown again to-night, and none should miss seeing it. THREE STARS THEATRE. The star picture shown last night was one of the finest moral subjects ■shown here for some time, the title being “The Candle and the Moth,” and we would strongly advise picturelovers to see it. There are other good pictures on the programme, including dramas, comics, “On the Austro-Ser-vian Frontier,” War Budget, and a Keystone. The programme will be shown again to-night.
