The "Frankfurter Zeitung" publishes a long document issued by Buljjurian Goverment to municipalities slowing that Bulgaria long, contemplated siding w!ith Austro-GeJrmany. The document says. While the Entente Powers are fighting for various selfish motives, Austno-Germany and Turkey are fighting for self-preservation and peaceful progress. Germany could risk existence, while it i s uncertain which i,ide will be victorious. Meanwhile Bulgaria !has utilised her neutrality to pjrepare her army and develop her resources until.a favourable moment for intervention. The statement concludes: Trade statistics show that Bulgaria's interests are bound up with Turkey and Austro-Germany.
