GERMAN PLANS DISCLOSED. SYDNEY, September (?. A further statement regarding* the Rabaul raid indicates that attempts were made by the Gormans to send money to help the Fatherland. Natives over whom the Germans had a great hold, supplied evidence of a plot to overthrow the Administration and re-’ gain possession of the islands. During the progress of a function attended by the naval and military authorities, the Germans were to rise and capture the whole party. Forewarned, the authorities nipped the scheme in the bud, and arrested certain men alleged to have imporsecr ammunition, marked camera ‘plates and implements. Search disclosed arms of various descriptions. Another story is that a schooner was seized with arms and ammunition on board and a quantity of important documents was also seized.
