STOCK REPORTS. , TAIHAPE SALE. Dalgcty and Co., Ltd., report having a very good yarding of both sheep and cattle at their Taihape salte on the Ist September, and disposed of the whole of the sheep and practically every pen of cattle at the following prices:— Sheep' Medium hoggets 15/9 to 30/1; good’ hoggets 19/, 29/1, 19/3, to 19/8; mixed aged ewes with lambs at foot, to 28/3,
Cattle: Small mixed yearlings to 40/, yearling heifers 40 to 49/6, yearling steers to 78/, Polled Angus yearling steers to SI/; 2-yr. heifers GO/ to SO/; springing heifers 100/ to 125/; backward dairy cows 117/6; 20-months to 2-years, 103; forward cows 120/ to 320/6; 23-yr. steers to 3-10/0; 3-yr. steers to. 180/3.
ABRAHAM & WILLIAMS’ REPORT:. Abraham and WißHams, Ltd,, report on Tailiape sale held on Wednesday as follows:—There was a full entry- off sheep, principaly hoggets of a good class, for which there was a good' demand at prices a little lower than at the sale of a month back. Quotations: Good wether hoggets .19/9 to 20/, good ewe hoggets 20/ to 21/, medium hog, gets 10/ to 17/, good quality- springing heifers 5/12/6 to 7/-/-, good yearling steers 4/-/-, 2-yr. steers 5/3/-. The next sale will be held at TaShape o« September 30.
