SEASIDE RESORT DISASTER.
Eight bathers have been drowned, three are missing, and four are suffering from the effect of immersion as the result of being caught by the undertow following a huge wave at Atlantic City, U.S.A. Thousands crowding the fashionable beach witnessed the drownings and also the rescue of a score of others, of whom many were unconscious, and were revived by artiiicai? respiration.
