NOT A LUNATIC.
The amazing story of how a woman named Moore was locked up in a small room for six months, her food being pushed through a hole in the mud wall, was told at Limavaddy, County Londonderry. A farmer named Miller, who said she had tried to escape, in applying to the local magistrates to have her committed to an asylum, admitted he was her gaoler, whereupon he was informed by Mr. Boyd, the presiding justice, that he had committed a serious criminal offence. It further transpired that the woman, who was a distant relative of Mill’er, was the'owner of considerable property in the neighbourhood. She had neither threatened nor attempted to do herself or anyone else injury. She was certainly not a lunatic, said the chairman, who, addressing Miller, said he had rendered himself liable to serious consequences. It was undesirable that she should return to Miller’s house, and she would therefore meantime be accommodated in the local workhouse. One good point about "NAZOL” is that its use is simple and convenient. Whether taken on sugar or through the Nazol Inhaler, it positively relieves coughs, colds, catarrh, sore throat, and influenza. Bottles, 1/0.
