SERBIA REFUSES ALL OFFERS

The President of the Serbian Council of Ministers, states that Austria thrice sounded Serbia regarding separate peace, offering rectification of the Bosnian, Herzigcvinian and Albanian frontiers, giving access to the Adriatic and certain other economic advantages. Serbia declined all offers. The President added that Serbia de>sires an agreement with Bulgaria and has since made proposals without success. Serbia is also desirous of an. Italian alliance, agreeing with Italy's pre-eminence in the Adriatic, which: it has never disputed.
