DEADLY GAS BOMBS.
If Germany, fights with asphyxiating gas, other countries must retaliate with similar or better contrivances. Such is the argument of Dr Fowzer, of Chicago, who claims to have invented a now gas bomb much superior to the German variety., . A series of exhaustive experiments will be conducted under the supervision of United army officers, with a. chemical, bomb recently invented by Dr. Fowzer. Condemned cattle will) be the subjects. Dr. Fowzer declares that their deaths will be instantaneous. The manufacturing process is kept secret, but has been placed at the disposal of the American Government. Dr. Fowzer says that his bomb will accomplish more towards eliminating war than all the the pleas for peace.
