His ellency congratulated Mr. Lang U I K 'ii his re-election, after which th«eaker formally claimed the privilege - Parliament, especially freedom of * peecb la debate, and free access te His Excellency whenever occasion may require. The Governor formally acceded to the Speaker's request.
