WELLINGTON, Yesterday The 1 first session of the nineteenth: Parliament of New Zealand was opened By Commission this afternoon irt the presence of a fair sprinkling of the public; the inclement weather and the absence of any spectacular display considerably militating against a large attendance; The three commissioners: were Sir Francis Bell, Sir C. C. and the Hon. Dr. Collins. Sir C.' C.
