TAIHAPE GOLF CLUB.
ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the TaihapGolf Club was held on Tuesday evening, when ordinary routine business was done. The election of officers for the ensuing, year resulted as follows: —Patron, R. W. Smith, Esq., M.P.; President, Mr G. Bray; Vice-Presidents, Mr. J. Peacock and Mr. D. MeLennan; Captain Mr. D. Committee, Messrs Train, McLaughlan, Hesketh, WaiKfeman, Bebah; Honorary Secretary and Treasurer, Mr. A. M. Ryan; Honorary Auditor, Mr. E. S. Jennings. The following new members were elected:—Messrs. "Train, McEae, Hendevson, Hesketh, Andrews, Truebridge, Kelsell, and O'Keefe. It was resolved that the season should open on Thursday (to-day).
