' TOWN HALL PICTURES. OPEN TO-MORROW NIGHT. "Judith of Bethulia" with which Mr Bailey will open his Town Hall Pictures tomorrow night, is said to be one cf the most wonderful examples of mov Ing picture photography. A critic says it is a masterpiece of masterpieces and deserves the fullest encomiims. It is a vivid and realistic revelation cf one cf the most desperately fought. battljas recorded in the'Bible.
