LONDON MARKETS. HIGH WOOL VALUES. (Reed. 1.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 20. Wli-aat is firnKtf. Good merinos and all crossbreds are firm, faulty merinos are irregular, in the buyer's favour. Avondale 18 to 16 7-8, gear 255 to 24 5-8. WOOL AND SHEEPSKINS. Dalgely and Company have received the following- cablegram from their London office, unde)- date of the 20th instant: Wool sales: Market remains very firm. Sheepskins: The total offering- comprised 9.810 bale*, and was mostly sold. Merino s and Australian crossbred combing were id to :;d and clothingId per lb higher, merino pelts were unchanged, but crossbred pelts were neglected, and far these, prices were id lower. New Zealand crossbred combing wa s fully Id per lb higher. LONDON TALLOW SALES. W e also received the following cable from London, dated 17th instant: Little business is doing, only a small quantity bein»- sold at this week's auction at a decline ot about 9d per cwt.
